Swiss / EU Distribution (Representative) & Paying Agent
1741 can take over the role of the Swiss or EU representative and paying agent for AIFs or UCITS upon request.
For this they would charge 4k EUR p.a. per fund or in the case of an umbrella 1-3k EUR p.a. per sub-fund.
1741 will participate GC by 25% in these fees.
