Let me make a few comments to avoid any misunderstandings.

The ideal introduction:

1. the email is addressed to us, with the prospect in cc.

2. You share some wording about the prospect's needs (@Vincent Asif is a... He is looking for...).

3. You formally introduce us(@Asif Vincent is.... As a solution platform, he can certainly help you...)

4. Contains the contact details (email signature including phone & website) of both parties.

How do you assessed the risk of the product?

1 = Debt + (CHF & Collateral)

2 = Debt + (CHF no Collateral) or (Foreign FX & Collateral)

3 = Debt + (Foreign FX no Collateral)

4 = Hybrid

5 = Performance + (CHF & Collateral)
