Ideal Introduction
Let me make a few comments to avoid any misunderstandings.
The ideal introduction:
the email is addressed to us, with the prospect in cc.
You share some wording about the prospect's needs (@Vincent Asif is a... He is looking for...).
You formally introduce us(@Asif Vincent is.... As a solution platform, he can certainly help you...)
Contains the contact details (email signature including phone & website) of both parties.
You can ask the introduced party to join the upcoming meeting (they must then reply if it's fine to them)
leave some kind words to finish
(If there is clear progress with the prospect (e.g. signed proposal), I'll inform you.)
