Fund in Ireland & ManCo
We can definitely manage an Irish fund either under the AIFMD or UCITS, but when it comes to fund structuring unfortunately we do not have any internal legal expertise, we could only recommend a couple of legal firms we have been interacting with in the past. (Milo 8.9.2020)
