If only we were approached for investors...

Our core business is the wrapping of such investments into a suitable financial instrument (notes/bonds or funds) and not primarily the brokering of investors.


You seem to be only interested in the investors and not in our actual service, which are wrong preconditions for us.

Where does our role as salesperson end?

As Gessler Capital, we are a feeder to external partners and contact person for our prospects. In this context, we organize a joint meeting at the end of the process with our partner to clarify any open issues. When we start the implementation with you our upcoming client, they will receive the corresponding contracts and invoice from our co-operation partners. From then on we will remain in copy of the following correspondence between the partner and client. If necessary we will be involved in the discussions or correct any misunderstandings. We are so to say the external sales department of our co-operation partners and they take care of the implementation/administration of these projects. We act as a one-stop-shop in the sales part of the value chain with access to several solution providers.


As long as the offer and invoice has not been paid, we are still acting in our sales…

In fact the customer pays 50bps on the first 50mio and then e.g. 40bps on the amount over 50mio (not on the full size!)
