The line between securitization requests and advisor services

"As mentioned in the meeting, your questions go far beyond securitization needs, which is our core business. This is exactly why less experienced clients should consider taking an external advisor on board who is then in dialog with us. When you buy a car, you don't ask how to drive it or how it behaves in wet or snowy conditions. You also don't go to the car salesman and ask for free driving lessons. In essence it's what you are doing. Due to these questions an advisor would make sense, who knows most answers and gets paid for this service and his know-how. But even here legal or tax opinions are not included, if you want to be 100% certain.
I will gladly help you based on my experience, but from now on I have to charge you CHF 250.- per hour (& VAT) if you have further questions which have nothing to do with the securitization process itself. After all, I have already spent well over two hours offering my services by answering plenty of questions that go beyond a normal securitization request.
Should you not have any further questions, which are not directly related to the securitization, we can gladly go through the next step of the securitization process and review your filled-out questionnaire and get a proposal from our service provider.
