What happens after the subscription?

In essence, the client has not been able to mobilize the desired subscriptions and faced a problem with only CHF 75k in funds to cover the annual ongoing fees.

Based on a real answer to a client:

"Regarding the G2 product maintenance of CHF 1k & VAT, you have the choice to include this in the yield spread (with only CHF 75k subscription way too much!!) or to handle it via a brief clause in the final loan agreement. I talked shortly with Toni from G2 and in your case you could hold back the remaining four years of G2 product maintenance as a retainer on the initial subscription amount (first year was already paid with the initial invoice). So the borrower gets wired CHF 75k minus (4x CHF 1k & VAT). The retainer cash proceeds remains in the issuer account of Abalone at ISP (like the 40bps yield spread).

GENTWO will anyway invoice its annual product maintenance of CHF 1k & VAT directly to Abalone. Abalone will have accumulated money within its ISP issuer account by then and can decide at any time when to have its accumulated profits from all its products (incl. hold back, yield spread, etc.) paid out by ISP to its bank accounts. These balancing payments are purely an accounting matter among Abalone accounts and irrelevant to you.

According to Toni you still have to finalize and upload the Loan Agreement (CHF 75k) with the signatures. Finally you have to release the payment to the Borrower. With the above information you can make the necessary adjustments and transfer the correct amount via the GENTWO tool.

Please be aware that this procedure is repeated for every single increase. If you want to buy again e.g. CHF 500k, then you will need a new loan agreement for this single CHF 500k and repeat the same steps in the G2 tool."
