Good to know:
The collateral is not mentioned in the termsheet. In the terms and conditions of the issue it is mentioned in only one sentence, as these details are set out in the loan agreement between borrower and issuer. The client would need a product factsheet, if he wants to provide his investors with more information than is available in the issuer's termsheet.

- Could be issued in advance (CHF 1k & VAT / will be credited on the final product invoice)
- Included, if the product setup has already been paid
- In fact, the customer can incorporate the information into his marketing presentation and does not need a factsheet created by the service provider (save money).
