Distribution and product placement

Sample answer:

"Finding investors is not our business model. Often our customers mandate external distribution partners to do this job for them. These distribution partners have the investor network and necessary licenses in the respective country to distribute such a financial product. At this point, you have probably already defined the key terms of the financial product, possibly through an anchor investor. Gessler Capital can create the required format that the Distribution Partner or you may present to potential investors. Our task is limited to the packaging of your promise to pay into a bankable format with ISIN number. For distribution or tax questions you will need to consult a specialist. We cannot offer advice on these topics.

The qualified investors who then want to participate can buy the financial instrument through their house bank. All they need is the ISIN number. By purchasing, they agree to the termsheet of the product, which is basically a reflection of the payment promise (loan agreement) plus fees."

We do not offer distribution under our name. We can refer clients to distribution partners in our network. The minimum size for such mandates is 20 million. Our pipeline offer is an add-on that does not fall under distribution terminology and offers a small chance of finding an investor. The client should not rely on our pipeline network and basically has to find the investors himself.
