KYC on the Advisor or for New Products
Please include the original or certified true copies of your current:
a) commercial register entry (not older than 3 months)
b) certificate of incorporation / articles of incorporation / list of shareholders
c) list of signatures
d) certified ID copies of the authorized signatories
e) latest financial statements / reports in current copy
f) organization chart dated, only if available (especially the relationship between parent and subsidiary company and including beneficial owners)
g) in case of majority participation (controlling stake) - natural person:
a. Full identification of shareholders > 10% ownership
i. Passport copy
ii. Proof of address (Utility Bill)
b. List of Shareholders < 10%
h) in case of majority participation (controlling stake) - legal entity: documents listed at a) to f) In case of multi layers, official evidence of the link between investing company and beneficial owner has to be obtained (certified copy of a share register, financial statements sharing the participation link)
