Amergeris AMCs
Consists of a Soparfi (SA, not SARL!!!) fully owned by the Compartment. This relationship is governed by a performance SWAP (agreement).
The Soparfi receives the management and performance fees and can then pay out Capital Raiser etc. directly.
The broker could be e.g. Swissquote (Dubai or CH).
