Pricing negotiations
Our pricing according to the factsheet is valid up to 50mio with paying agent ISP Securities (CH-ISIN).
Example of an answer:
"Please note that we are in the non-bankable and private placement market.
As a gesture of good will I can make you the following offer:
This pricing of 50bps applies to the first 50 million per EMTN. I can accommodate you for the amounts above that, i.e. for the next 50mio at 40bps and for the further 50mio down to 30bps. For the amounts above 200mio we can agree on 20bps.
Instead of paying the AUM Running Fees for the first year in advance, we can arrange EUR 30k "running" upfront and deduct the difference from the effective subscription amount."
We should not waive an advance payment at all, because then we take over the risk of the running fees for the first year.
