Dealing via API on bankable assets with a broker

Clients who are not a MIFID (SRO or equivalent) company and are active in the High Frequency & Fully Automated field will hardly share their Algos with you.
I assumed that Abalone Gräff or Abalone Malta could act as the Strategy Manager (MIFID/ManCo) and permit the client to plug-in their models (as your mandated signal provider/advisor). In essence it's the same, whether e.g. Abalone Gräff forwards the deal manually to the broker or the signals get triggered and sent automatically.

Unfortunately what you propose below Vincent is not possible because it needs to be provable to the authorities that the execution originates from within Abalone Graff AG or Abalone Asset Management Ltd (so the proverbial button is clicked from within such entities, even if the 'click' is basically an automatic trigger within the system itself).
The only way to do so is for the algorithm to sit in an Abalone server (which as I had pointed out and you are also pointing out many do not wish to do) or that the investment ideas generate from an external advisor but then Abalone Graff AG physically clicks the button.
Alternative solution via our cooperation partner TIM:
Setup of a segregated Guernsey issuer + AMC(s)
TIM would act as the Strategy Manager of the AMC(s) and allows the client to run an API behind with the broker.
